Synthesis designed the renovation of St. Clare’s Hospital’s bronchoscopy suite into a new peripheral vascular lab with control facilities as part of the expansion of the cardiopulmonary department. Designers worked extensively with the general contractor, building department, medical equipment suppliers, radiation physicists, and structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to minimize non-operational time for the space.

Hospital engineering staff, department heads, physicians, and lab technicians worked with Synthesis to develop space programming for the laboratory. The work also included renovation of additional space into outpatient preparation and recovery areas.
