Synthesis renovated this interior medical fit-up of approximately 3,000 SF to provide an adequate environment for blood drawing and lab analysis within an existing medical arts building.

Synthesis renovated an existing 9,000 SF, two-story medical office building and reconfigured it to meet the needs of Schenectady Urological Associates. The renovation focused on patient flow, increasing the number of examination rooms and maintaining as many existing walls as possible. Synthesis designed several new procedure rooms for outpatient surgery and developed laboratory and staff areas to maximize staff efficiency.

Synthesis renovated a 15,000 SF medical office space and reconfigured it to meet the needs of Albany Medical Center’s Internal Medicine Group. The unusual configuration of the building presented design challenges and opportunities, with the result being a unique but very efficient plan. This off-site clinic focused on patient flow, patient privacy and efficient staffing. Exam rooms are grouped as suites, to allow a doctor and nurse to efficiently treat patients and reduce waiting times.
