Synthesis provided complete interior and exterior restoration to this historic 1900 residence and carriage house located in the historic General Electric Realty Plot. The residence will be used as a reception house and offices for the Alumni Department of Union College and the adjacent carriage house will be transformed into office space.

Exterior and interior restoration involved rehabilitating the home’s structure, repairing historic construction, incorporating new structural elements, and repairing, stabilizing, and reconstructing historic fabric. Handicap accessibility was achieved through additions and alterations that complemented the historic features of the home.
