Synthesis provided architectural services as part of a design-build development for the new 80,000-square-foot regional headquarters for Time Warner Cable. The two-story building was designed to exhibit a unique architectural character and reflect Time Warner’s corporate stability and global image.

The new facility required the consolidation of several divisions that previously operated out of various facilities scattered throughout New York’s Capital District. Synthesis provided design, programming, and space planning to integrate Time Warner’s broadband internet, cable television, and sales divisions under one roof.
