Winner of the Design Award from the Eastern New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Synthesis designed the total interior rehabilitation and addition to a former funeral home into a contemporary real estate office with space for twelve realtors. An undulating wall and skewed office “cubes” acted as a strong visual element that complemented areas of seating and display areas for the owners’ artwork.
