AWARD WINNER: 2005 Runner-up Winner in the National 2005 "Versa-Lok" Concrete Retaining Wall Systems Design Contest

A dilapidated tavern occupied valuable waterfront property. Synthesis was commissioned to envision a new destination place for the Capital Region and beyond, by creating a distinctive restaurant building and site, to encourage use by local residents as well as boaters who would stop at the newly constructed boat-docking facilities.

The result is a well proportioned, visually captivating building with distinguishing features that attract users from the road as well as the river. The interior and exterior detailing, the quality cuisine, and the ambiance created at this lovely riverfront site, have combined to make this restaurant one of the hottest spots in the region.
