Synthesis designed the facade, interior lobby and guest rooms for this boutique hotel. The stucco facade detailing enlivens the site and a metal-roofed canopy was designed to create a warm and welcoming entrance. Synthesis assisted in the selection of the interior finishes, millwork, and furnishings.

The Belvedere Hotel won the 2000 Business Award from The Chamber of Schenectady County.
