Synthesis was contracted as design consultant for the Bear and Grill Restaurant for it’s knowledge and experience in Adirondack style architecture. A 5,500 square foot renovation to an existing retail space in Fairfield, Connecticut, the Bear and Grill pays tribute to the rustic design made popular by early settlers in Upstate New York. Synthesis teamed with the Connecticut owner and several renowned Adirondack craftsman from Upstate New York to bring the rustic style to Fairfield, Connecticut.
