Synthesis designed a vertical expansion of New Country Motor Car Group’s Audi dealership in Greenwich Connecticut. Two additional parking levels will be added, as well as a decorative precast concrete cornice and new automobile elevator and stair towers. The project has passed the stringent review process by the Town of Greenwich and is currently under construction. When complete, it will alleviate overcrowding conditions.

We designed a precast concrete system for economical construction as well as reduced construction duration.

New Country Pontiac-Oldsmobile-Buick

This project involved the complete renovation of an existing pre-engineered automobile dealership and the addition of a ten-bay body shop facility. The existing 15-bay service and parts departments was reconfigured to improve customer service and employee productivity. Synthesis provided a full exterior design package that included a new facade, replacement siding, new exterior doors and windows, lighting, and signage. Interior design services included selecting finishes and a furniture package.

Toyota of Clifton Park

Synthesis designed this new Toyota dealership facility with pre-engineered and conventional steel frame construction. The design includes a 2,500-square-foot showroom featuring an exposed structural ceiling, patterned tile floor, and a direct and indirect lighting scheme. The facility incorporates a ten-bay service facility and two-story parts department.

Saratoga Autopark

The development of a new concept in automobile dealerships features multiple buildings offering many different purchase options in a single campus-like setting. The four separate dealership buildings at Saratoga Autopark are situated on a landscaped site to enhance customer convenience and allow for shared common facilities, such as service and parts. Buildings are integrated as a single complex through the use of similar materials and design palettes.
