Synthesis designed a new luxury-line dealership facility that utilized and enhanced existing Lexus design guidelines. The building features a highly detailed facade and a decorative masonry shell. The design includes a 2,500-square-foot showroom containing mahogany trim, marble and tile flooring, and built-in promotional kiosks.

A sophisticated lighting scheme was designed to enhance the appearance of the showroom vehicles. The facility incorporates a twelve-bay service facility and a two-story parts department. Customer amenities include a diagnostic viewing area, waiting room, and private closing areas.
